MRI Appointments

Booking an MRI scan requires a referral from a general physician or specialist registered with The College of Physicians and Surgeons.

Ensure the form is completed by a referring physician, then simply fax, mail or drop off the completed requisition form. The clinic will call you to schedule an appointment for the earliest possible date and time that is convenient for you.
Fax your completed Requisition Form to 604-941-8709, email, or call MedRay MRI directly at 604-941-8780 to set up your appointment.
Our goal is to contact patients to complete the appointment booking within 48 hours of receiving the requisition. The MRI Scan can normally be scheduled within 1-2 working days.
