Ultrasound Appointments

 

All ultrasound examinations require a referral from your doctor with a completed requisition.

To book all ultrasound examinations you or your physician may call
 604.941.7611, press 1.

If you are having Ultrasound of the Breast your doctor must fax the requisition to 604.942.4612.

We will contact you by telephone to schedule the examination once the requisition is received. If you are having an obstetrical ultrasound and wish to have 4D ultrasound in addition please indicate this at the time of booking. The additional fee of $150 is payable at the time of your exam (sorry, we do not accept personal cheques).

Please have your BC Care Card ready. Bring your BC Care Card and your completed requisition with you at the time of the examination.
